This Easy Blackberry Jam Dip is a delightful combination of sweet and tangy flavors. The homemade blackberry jam adds a burst of fruity goodness to the creamy cream cheese base, making it a perfect dip for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Assorted crackers or breadsticks, for serving
Instructions:
Blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water should all be put in a saucepan
