This recipe for Easy Creamed Chicken and Biscuits is a tasty and comforting meal that is great for busy weeknights. Its a full meal in one dish, with soft shredded chicken, creamy sauce, and flaky biscuits.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can 10
- 5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can 16
- 3 ounces refrigerated biscuits
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Shred chicken, condensed cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Put all of this in a large skillet
Over medium heat, stir every now and then for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until hot all the way through and bubbling
Put the chicken mixture in a baking dish that is 9x13 inches
Put the biscuits on top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish after breaking them up
Put the cookies in an oven that has already been heated for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the filling is bubbly
