Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Following the directions on the package, cook the pasta, drain it, and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
I diced chicken and put it in the pan
Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until it is browned and fully cooked
When you add the minced garlic to the pan, cook for one more minute or until the garlic smells good
Add the heavy cream and chicken broth and mix them together
