Black Sesame Karaage is a Japanese-style fried chicken dish that tastes like nuts and black sesame. The chicken is mixed with soy sauce, sake, mirin, ginger, garlic, and black sesame seeds to make a tasty marinade. It is then covered in potato starch and fried until golden. The outside is crispy, and the inside is soft and juicy. This makes it a delicious starter or main dish.
