Easy Oatmeal Pancakes

These Easy Oatmeal Pancakes are a tasty and healthy way to start the day. Oat flour and maple syrup or honey are used to make them sweet. They are a healthy and tasty way to start the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray or butter for the pan

Instructions:

Place the rolled oats in a blender or food processor and pulse until they are finely ground to make oat flour

In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, milk, egg, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Mix until smooth and well combined

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter

Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown

Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more cooking spray or butter to the skillet as needed

Serve the oatmeal pancakes hot with your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, sliced bananas, or a drizzle of maple syrup
