Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk any type
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray or butter for the pan
Instructions:
Place the rolled oats in a blender or food processor and pulse until they are finely ground to make oat flour
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, milk, egg, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Mix until smooth and well combined
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter
Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown
