This refreshing summer smoothie is packed with the flavors of strawberries, banana, and pineapple. Its a perfect way to beat the heat and stay hydrated during hot summer days.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Wash and hull the strawberries
Peel and slice the banana
Add the strawberries, banana, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, and coconut water to a blender
Drizzle in the honey for sweetness
If you like it colder, add a few ice cubes
